“Everyone always makes it a point to call in when they have a complaint, but it’s not often enough that compliments are given. I just wanted to say that it’s a pleasure to work with Mark from Shea Concrete Products. He’s professional, shows up when he’s supposed to, and does a great job with no complaining, even during crappy weather. Also, while this is personal preference, it’s great that he doesn’t light up a cigarette as soon as he gets out of the truck. I’m not sure when it became acceptable to smoke in the ‘office’ (whether the office is outside or not), but that’s one of those things I consider unprofessional, and I’m glad Mark doesn’t do it”
