Shea Concrete Products is hosting an Open House at our Nottingham, NH facility to celebrate the grand opening of our new production building. This is a unique opportunity to explore a fully operational, NPCA-certified precast concrete plant and gain insight into the manufacturing process, equipment, technology, and engineering expertise behind our products.
This event is designed for customers, industry partners, engineers, contractors, students, and anyone interested in the precast concrete industry. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the facility, learn about advancements in precast manufacturing, and connect with others across the industry.

Location: 160 Old Turnpike Road, Nottingham, NH 03290
Throughout the event, guests will have access to:
- Guided plant tours of our Nottingham facility
- A 1-hour technical presentation on cement advancements
- Opportunity to earn PDH Certificates and NHDES Septic Designer/Installer Certificates (up to 4 total)
- Networking with industry professionals, including attendees from the NEPCA Open House
- Additional on-site activities throughout the event
Food & On-Site Activities
Food trucks will be available on-site serving lunch from 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM, including:
- Big Rig BBQ
- Empanada Dada
- B’s Taco
- Ben & Jerry’s (ice cream & cookies)
In addition to food and refreshments, attendees can enjoy a variety of on-site activities throughout the event, including:
